摘要

从车辆结构角度考虑,汽车A柱作为挡风玻璃和前车门之间的柱不仅要支撑车顶盖,做前门的支柱,还要安装前挡风玻璃。从车辆结构角度考虑,A柱肩负着保护前排乘客生命安全的重任,要能抵御突如其来的冲击,避免驾驶舱被挤压变形,保护驾驶员安全。但过粗的A柱对驾驶员的视野带来很大阻碍,产生盲点,国标规定了A柱的双目障碍角不得超过6°。本文根据某款车型的实际外轮廓尺寸,结合常用汽车A柱的截面形状设计出障碍角小于6°的汽车A柱。利用CATIA 软件画出三维立体图形,借助Hypermesh软件划分网格,生成限元模型,借助该模型进行仿真分析。研究结果表明为保护驾驶员安全,汽车A柱在承受冲击载荷时不能发生明显形变,在满足盲区要求的前提下应设计出强度足够大的A柱。通过本次研究深入了解车身A柱的技术发展现状及应用,掌握对A柱进行有限元建模和仿真分析的方法。

ABSTRACT
From the point of view of the vehicle structure, A-pillar as a pillar between the front door and automotive windshield not only to support the car roof, so the front door pillar, also install the front the point of view of the vehicle structure, A pillar is responsible for protecting the safety of the front passenger, being able to withstand sudden shocks, prevent ing cockpit being squeezed deformation to protect driver too thick A-pillar on the driver's field of vision has brought huge obstacles, resulting in blind spots, GB demands the A-pillar barriers angle should not exceed 6 °.Based on certain models of the actual size of the outer contour, combined mon cross-sectional shape of the car A-pillar ,designing A-pillar that barriers angle is less than 6 ° .Using CATIA software to draw three-dimensional graphics, meshing with Hypermesh software to generate the finite element model, doing simulation analysis with the results show that in order to protect the driver’s safety, vehicle A-pillar can not occur significantly deformed when withstand shock order to meet the requirements of barriers angle, A-pillar should be designed with sufficient this study, designer should understand the A pillar’s development ctuality and application technology , mastering methods of finite element modeling and simulation analysis.
