Abstract:
For the ambiguous problem caused by mismatch of the estimated elevation and azimuth angles for Lshaped array, a novel pair-matching method based on maximum-likelihood criterion was studied in this , the two groups of 1 D-DOAs were obtained from the two linear subarrays of the L-shaped array using super resolution maximum-likelihood estimation of the signal source was gained by the received signals and estimated 1 D-DOAs of one line array, which were used to construct the first source covariance matrix whose alignment order was correspond to the order of the estimated 1 D-DOAs of this line second source covariance matrix was estimated by the cross-correlation matrix of the received signals of the two line two source covariance matrices were equivalent when the two estimated 1 D-DOAs of the two line arrays were corresponded, the matching could be realized to gain the pairs of azimuth and pitch without ambiguity by the position relationship among elements in the two numerical simulations sh
