仙居水资源的合理配置

摘要: 根据对仙居水资源的调查及对水资源合理配置的研究, 提出了仙居水资源合理配置的原则及配置的数学模型,
强调仙居水资源应以区域可持续发展思想为指导, 以区域水资源综合短缺度最小为目标函数的配置模型, 在水资源自
然配置格局的基础上, 对降水、地表水、地下水、客水、跨流域调水等统筹考虑. 同时通过采用不同的权重可对环境生态、
工业、农业、生活等不同用水需求区别对待, 保证重点, 实现水资源的优化配置, 较好地处理水资源与社会经济发展和生
态环境的关系, 使水资源在整体上发挥最大的效益, 实现水资源的可持续开发利用.

Abstract :The principles of water resources distribution in Xianju and the relevant mathematical modeling are proposed based on the sur-
vey and opti mizing distribution of water resourcesinthe region . The distributing modeling, taking ai mat mini mizingthe pre-
hensive shortage of the water resources is put forward in terms of regional sustainable development . The rainfall , the surface water , the
undergroud water , the forign water andinterbasin water diversion should be taken into consideration onthe basis of natural distribution of
water resources while the water consumingin environmental ecology , industry , agriculture and dailylife should also be made a difference
