Major non-conformance (Corrective Action Request) shall be raised where a reasonable auditor would conclude that:
is any evidence of legal/regulatory pliance.
is a lack (or absence) of evidence required to demonstrate legal/regulatory.
is an absence or total breakdown of a procedure required by the standard or pany’s management system.
partial failure to implement a procedure required by the standard or pany’s management system is likely to result in legal pliance or a significant adverse social impact.
policy for social accountability contains one or more misrepresentations.
is insufficient evidence to demonstrate:
commitment to conform to all requirements of the standard.
Commitment ply with national and other applicable laws and other requirements to which pany subscribes.
A major non-conformance shall also be raised.
the event that pany has failed to initiate appropriate corrective action to address a minor non-conformance within the specified time.
Minor non-conformance
A minor non-conformance shall be raised in accordance with international Subcon 4 requirements,or in the case of other of non-conformance issues which do not meet the above major non-conformance criteria.
