摘    要:
精准扶贫是关系到能否全面建成小康社会的一个关键。光伏扶贫是在贫困地区开展精准脱贫的一个重要手段和有益尝试。在实践推广中, 要理解光伏扶贫的时代渊源和新内涵, 理顺光伏扶贫的政策设计和运行机制, 针对现实困境, 坚持精准脱贫、遵循因地制宜、加强统筹规划, 通过做好精准识别、鼓励和支持创新、积极开展“光伏+”应用、加快农村基础设施建设步伐等路径来提高光伏扶贫的扶贫效率。

Poverty Alleviation in the Context of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Abstract:
Precise poverty alleviation is a key to the smooth development of a well-off ( PV) poverty alleviation is an important means and a useful attempt to achieve the goals of precision eradication in poverty-stricken popularizing the practice, we should understand the origin and new connotation of the era of PV poverty alleviation, rationalize the policy design and operation mechanism of PV poverty alleviation, follow the practical difficulties, adhere to the precision and poverty alleviation, keep in mind the local conditions, strengthen the overall planning, support innovation, and actively carry out “PV +”applications, accelerate rural infrastructure construction and other pathways to improve the efficiency of poverty a
lleviation.
