论农村社会组织在新农村建设中的功能
摘要
目前,我国农村社会组织发育迟缓,制度不健全,组织运转形式不够规范,稳定性较差,还远不能满足我国农村经济建设和社会管理的需要。笔者认为,农民的低组织化是制约新农村建设的“社会瓶颈”, 严重影响了“三农”的发展,这必然制约社会主义新农村建设的顺利进行。本文分析了我国当前农村社会组织发展的现状及其制约其发展的各种因素;从我国农村社会组织的特点出发,探讨了在新农村建设中,农村社会组织在农村的政治、经济、文化等领域的社会功用,以期积极培育和推动农村社会组织的发展和完善。

The Rural anizations in the New Rural Construction of Functional Analysis
Abstract
At present, the development of rural anization is slow, the system is not perfect, form anization running is not up to standard, the stability is bad, is still far from meet China's rural economic construction and social management needs. The author thinks that the anization of the farmers is restricted by anization of the construction of new countryside "social bottleneck". It seriously influence the development of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", inevitably restrict of socialist new rural construction smoothly. This paper analyses the current status of development of the rural anization and limit the development of all kinds of factors. From our count
