Abstract
With the rapid development of China's economy, especially since the accession to WTO, China has accelerated coastal trading port from the traditional free trade to trade the pace of change in order to trade with the world standards. In this policy-oriented, some Chinese Free Trade Zones are upgraded to the bonded port area in recent years. Bonded port area is by far the best and plete customs supervision Chinese opening-up policy, because them are closest to the internationally accepted free trade zone in form and function . Because development time of China free trade zone is short, and the port area duing to the economic development characteristics, geographic conditions and other factors in different ways, these reasons make the bonded port area of spatial patterns, position, mode of development of different aspects. so each bonded port area is different to other, especially in the spatial patterns, position, development mode.
Qingdao is one of the cities which is earliest opening up in China. Its port is very important. Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area is one bonded port area of fourteenth , and it must be significant to the future development of trade. I participate in Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area planning and design, and summarize the experience and lessons on planning , methods, spatial patterns, modes of development and so on. On this basis, the paper makes mendations for the next stage before the Qianwan Bonded Port Area plan revision, and promotes the healthy development of the bonded port area to provide a scientific basis.

Part one: Through the research on the basic situation, the development process and
current situation , their own advantages and planning studies of the bonded port area and
