二、牛头刨床机构运动
电机带轮齿轮
如结构图所示:
图中1、2为带轮,1与电机固定,、、、为传动齿轮,BC为曲柄(与齿轮6固结),CD为滑块、7为摆杆AD,8、9为带刀架之滑枕,10为盘型凸轮(与齿轮6固结),电动机经带传动将运动和动力传至齿轮,驱动齿轮和曲柄转动;曲柄回转经滑块C带动摆杆7,再经过滑块D带动滑枕8,使刀架往复移动完成刨削运动。另外,盘型凸轮10与曲柄同时转动,推动带有滚子的摆杆11经四杆机构拨动棘轮14转动,而棘轮与进给丝杠15相连,通过螺母推动工作台(6完成自动进给运动)。
