深水管道内封堵器锚定机构设计与研究

摘要:根据海洋工程中深水应急抢修技术与装备的需要,提出了一种深水管道内封堵器应封堵的方法。首先介绍了国
内外海洋工程领域常用的锚定锁紧方式,设计了锚定机构,着重对锚定螺纹牙进行了分析与设计,对螺纹牙进行了校核和
ANSYS接触分析,建立了锚定块的单个螺纹牙与管道内壁的接触模型,应用赫兹接触理论和半无限体表面承受法向集中力
作用时的舰进行了分析。

Abstract : According to the need of emergency repair technologies and equipments for tlie deep ocean engineering,a sealed plug ­
ging metliod of deepwater pipeline occluder device was proposed . First tlie anchor locking manner widely used in the marine engineering
areas was introduced at home and abroad,then the anchoring mechanism was designed,and the anchoring thread tootli was emphatical­
