益母草种子发芽检验标准化研究

摘要本文通过发芽试验来探讨温度、光照及发芽床等因素对益母草(Leonurus heterophyllus)种子
萌发的影响。设15、20、25和30 ℃ 4种恒温, (15/25) ℃、(20/30) ℃ 2种变温, 共6种温度处理, 设纸上
(TP)、纸间(BP)、砂间(S)和砂上(TS)4种发芽床处理, 光照设0(黑暗)和2 000 lx 2个处理。试验结果表
明: 益母草种子发芽最适温度为25~30 ℃, 发芽床可选择纸上或纸间, 对光照不敏感, 可在光照或黑暗
条件下发芽, 初次计数时间为发芽后第4天, 末次计数时间为发芽后第9天。

Abstract The influence of different conditions on Leonurus heterophyllus seed germination
were tested in this paper. The conditions included 6 temperature treatments (15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃,
30 ℃, (15/25) ℃, and (20/30) ℃), 2 light treatments (0 and 2 000 lx) and 4 germinating-bed
treatments (top of paper (TP), between of paper (BP), top of sand (TS), and between of sand (S)).
