摘要
温度参数是工业生产和社会生活中常见的被控参数,在各种领域中温度控制占有重要比例,因此温度的测量与控制在生产过程自动化中占有很大比重。本文介绍的电路由单片机AT89C51控制实现对温度信号的检测与数据处理。该电路主要由下面三个部分组成:温度检测、信号处理、信号转换与温度控制。温度检测电路的核心是温度传感器AD590,AD590具有抗干扰能力强、线性好等优点;采集的信号经过调零、放大处理后送入AD转换器,AD转换器使用的是CDA0804;单片机AT89C51作为测量与控制核心使整个电路简单、紧凑,且具有智能性;温度显示部分采用三个数码管可以直观显示温度值;通过4*3键盘与74c922设定目标温度。该电路完全能够实现温度检测和控制的功能,同时还可以根据生产需要输入设定值。

The Design of Intellectual Temperature-control Circuit ABSTRACT In industrial production and social life,temperature parameter mon control parameters,which possess an important position,so the measurement and controls of the temperature are one of the important missions of the production line text mainly introduce the data control and deal to the temperature which is realized by AT89C51 single system is consist of those parts:temperature measurement,signal processes,signal reservation,temperature sensors,which have ahigh ability VS disturbance,and good linear character realize temperature signal is delayed to AD translators after rectified and translator is CDA0804,as ameasurement and control core,single puter AT89C51 can make the whole circle pacted,intellectual and the AT89C51 single puter has patibility which make the temperature control to be display party of temperature can be read directly by three digital *3 keyboards and all the system can realize the temperature measurement and control function,and at the same time can input the given value according to the production give the bottom temperature.
