Nowadays, "do not recruit girls" at some provincial workplaces has e the latent rules of recruitment. Phenomena of exclusion or restriction on women exist in panies’ recruitment: some employers indicate clearly that they just need boys; some female doctors can get jobs just as same as male masters. Female graduate students also face the "age embarrassed" in seeking jobs. They are almost always asked about the problems on marriage and children by the panies. panies even clearly prescribe that "within two years, female employees can’t marry and have children", which is not written in letters in the employment contract. To the professional female graduate of Normal School, this case is mon. A major cause of sex discrimination in employment is that many employers simply set out from economic benefits and not want to take social responsibility. A manager of Human Resource department in a pany said: "Generally speaking, Female staff would conceive in two or three years. Of course, we are unable to break their pregnancy leave. If dismiss them, it’s a violation of labor law; while, if we keep on employing them, they would e an enormous burden pany. So now we simply do not recruit women."
