Sherlock Holmes is a fictional character who first appeared in publication in 1887. Created by Scottish author and physician Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Conan Doyle get inspiration by observing his teacher when he was an apprentice in Edinburgh royal hospital and created this character Sherlock Holmes.

Now the 211b (B stands for bi in French, meaning 2 people) is Holmes Museum, as Sherlock Holmes and ‘s office, which was redecorated to fit in with the stories. You can sit in the first floor, by the fireplace and study, or try on the famous Holmes hat, and his pipe as well (烟斗).
