我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资研究

摘
要: 随着近年来世界矿产品贸易大幅度增加, 矿业资本在全球范围内频繁流动, 矿业投融资成
为人们关注的热点。我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资尚处于起步阶段, 与国外跨国矿业公司相比, 还存在
很大差距。本文研究了我国矿业企业海外投融资的状况, 分别对地质勘查企业和矿山开采企业的投融资
进行了数据统计分析, 找到了矿业企业海外矿产投资困难的结症, 发现了融资上存在的问题, 并针对我
国现状, 提出了增强我国矿业企业海外矿产投融资能力的对策建议。

Abstract: A s the dramatic rise o f internatio nal minerals t rading in recent year, M ining ca pit als fre
quently flo w o n a g lo bal scale, mining investment and financing beco me more and mo re co ncerned, China's
mining enterprises overseas inv estment and financing is still in the init ial stag e and hav e big g ap contrast to
the foreign transnatio nal mining co rporation. T his paper study the status of ov erseas minerals investment
