I have a cold.
cold 可用作形容词, 意为“冷的, 寒冷的”。
It‘s so cold today that I have a cold.
今天太冷了, 我都感冒了。
※第一个cold是形容词,第二个cold是名词。Eg : catch (a) cold, get a cold.
