摘要
随着中国制造业国际竞争力的大幅提高,我国已经成为世界上最重要的劳动
密集型制成品的出口基地。MM公司作为专业从事婴儿车制造出口的企业,应及时
制定正确的企业发展战略,确保企业规模跨越阶段抓住有利的国际环境中的机遇,
在竞争激烈的行业中脱颖而出。
论文首先简述了战略管理的基本理论,论述了企业发展战略研究的必要性。
其次,运用战略管理理论及PEST分析和五力模型等相关战略分析工具,一元回归
技术分析方法,对MM公司的外部环境进行分析和研究,找出企业所面临的外部威
胁和机会,建立外部因素评价矩阵(EFE),通过分析确定出公司所处的外部环境
机会大于威胁;然后运用财务分析、价值连分析等方法对栅公司内部资源进行分
析和研究,找出企业内部存在的优势和劣势,建立内部因素矩阵(IFE),对其进
行全面分析,确认出公司目前内部的优势大于劣势。
其次,在上述分析研究的基础上,通过SWOT战略选择矩阵,依据企业宗旨、使
命,确定了选择集中业务发展的企业发展的总战略,并进一步确定了企业选择总
成本领先的竞争战略、企业的经营战略以及主要的战略举措。
最后,在战略实施和控制方面,提出了适合埘公司战略实施的组织设计方案
和价值链管理能力的提升方案,对于绩效管理的战略控制方式进行了深入地研究。
本文运用现代企业战略管理理论和系统工程的分析方法,对企业发展战略进
行了研究,并提出了切实可行的发展战略体系以及战略实施和控制方案。为制造
类民营企业的战略管理提出了一套科学的分析模式。

Abstract
With the improvement of world-petition China manufacturing industry,
China has been one of the most important global export bases in Iabor-intensive
one of the manufacturers that specializing in baby·vehicle making,MM
Corp should establish feasible developing strategy,SO that it can take the favorable
opportunity of global market during corporate笋owing stage and铲owing faster in the
competition industry.
This article first briefly describes the base theory of strategic management and the
importance of research of the corporate development ,the article
analyzescorporate external threats and opportunities by the related theories and
analytic tools of strategic as PEST,Five-Power
technical method of Linear this way,a conclusion that opportunity prior
