角色游戏材料是幼儿在角色动游戏区中所使用的所有物品幼儿游戏所用玩具和物品的总称,也称为玩具材料。游戏材料是儿童游戏的物质基础。游戏材料可以激发幼儿的游戏动机、游戏构思,引起幼儿的联想和行动。
本研究中选取桂林市5所全日制幼儿园作为观察对象,采用文献法、观察法、访谈法, 对教室和活动室的区角分布,角色区游戏材料分布、配备,幼儿使用游戏材料过程进行观察了解,并以拍照、观察记录表、平面图的形式记录观察内容。关于观察对象抽样方面, 本研究采取随机抽样的方式,但需要样本本身进行区角活动,为了样本的普遍性,选择4 所公办园和1所民办园作为样本。其中,共观察12个中班的15个角色区的游戏材料的配备情况,53名幼儿的角色游戏材料使用过程。
通过对幼儿园中班角色游戏区中游戏材料的强结构性与弱结构性、资源性与工具性游戏材料,以及幼儿使用游戏材料状况的调查,研究结果表明,游戏材料配备与使用之间出现以下问题:游戏材料配备集中于实施行为角色,幼儿扮演角色较为单一;强弱结构性游戏材料比例不当,导致幼儿角色行为单一;资源性与工具性游戏材料比例不当,幼儿语言交流内容受限。游戏材料使用时间点不当,使用时间较短等问题。
上述问题可能是由于下列原因导致的:一是教师对区域活动认识程度不够;二是教师对各角色游戏材料的功能没有深入探究;三是教师缺少对幼儿游戏的观察和记录。
基于对幼儿园幼儿园中班角色游戏材料配备和使用的现状、问题及成因的分析,研究者提出以下建议:从整体的角度对角色游戏材料进行配备;从游戏材料特性对角色游戏材料进行分类配备;从幼儿游戏材料使用状况对角色游戏材料进行配备。

Abstract
The floorboard of the preschool toys and used items, also known as the toy materials. Material is the material basis for the children’s game. Materials can stimulate children's game motivation, conception, cause children's association and action. Children’s role in the dynamic game area using the material of all items belong to role play.
