北京沟域经济发展中特色民俗村的规划设计

摘要:在北京山区沟域经济发展的过程中,特色民俗村建设是整个产业链条中的重点之一。随着沟域
经济的进一步发展和消费者需求的不断变化,北京山区部分民俗村已不能适应当前的发展形势,应重新
规划设计和升级改造。笔者根据北京山区民俗村建设的问题和发展趋势,提出北京山区特色民俗村规
划设计要点,并分析北京市怀柔区“夜渤海”沟域 3 个村庄节点的升级改造规划案例。笔者认为在民俗
村建设中应丰富投资主体、加强基础设施建设,重视景观设计、整体规划与包装,融入文化元素、突出区
域特色,更新经营理念、提高经营水平;应通过民俗村整体形象设计、个性化农家院形象设计、民俗旅游
产品的开发与设计提升民俗村的档次和水平。
