the new measuring model of human resource individual value;(4)Actually tests the
theoretical models in a pany, whose human capital content is high, and verifies the scientific character and operability of model systems in practice.
This thesis enriches the theory of human resource value measuring to a certain extent, and boosts the introjection of human resource accounting and current accounting system.
