由于我国国民经济的快速发展,能源需求大量增加,随着煤炭资源的大量开采,村庄下压煤问题越来越来突出,影响着许多矿山企业的正常生产。迁村开采是开采村下压煤的常用方法之一,因此研究采矿塌陷区的村庄搬迁规划对矿区的正常开采具有重要意义。
本文通过论述村庄下压煤开采的各种方法、建筑物的保护措施、损坏评价及村庄搬迁规划的内容方法等,在此基础上开展了采矿塌陷区村庄搬迁规划研究,开发了以 MapInfo 为应用平台,VB 作为开发工具的采矿塌陷区的村庄搬迁规划信息系统。系统集成地表移动变形预计、建筑物损坏评价、搬迁方案评价、村庄搬迁规划等功能于一体, 为矿区村庄搬迁规划提供技术保障和决策支持,并应用于龙固首采区的村庄搬迁规划, 取得了较好的效果。
本文选用模糊综合评判法对村下开采常用的迁村开采和条带开采进行了比较,综合考虑了技术因素、经济、社会和环境效益指标,避免了仅考虑技术,经济效益的片面性。同时,由于不同的房屋承受地表移动变形的能力不同,而目前对这种承受变形能力的大小并没有合适的度量指标,由此根据建筑物的高长比、墙壁的抗剪及抗拉强度,本文提出了建筑物易损度,用以表示在地表变形影响作用下建筑物承受破坏能力的度量。

ABSTRACT
As a result of the rapid development of our country national economy, the energy need is a great deal of increment. Along with coal resources massive mining, the problem of coal under villages es more and more outstanding, and influences the normal production of the more mines enterprise. Moves village mining is one of the general methods that mining under villages. Therefore the research of villages moving planning in mining subsidence has important significance for normal exploitation of mining area.
The paper through discusses each method of mining under villages, and buildings protective measures and damage evaluate, and content method of villages moving planning etc, on this foundation carried out an mining subsidence area villages moving planning research, and has developed the mining subsidence area villages moving planning information system which taken MapInfo as apply platform and VB as the develop tool. The system integrated surface movement and deformation predication, buildings damage evaluation, moving project evaluation, villages moving planning to provide technique guarantee and decision support for the mining area villages moving planning, and applied this to villages moving planning in the Longgu mining subsidence area and obtained the good effect.
The paper selects fuzzy synthetical evaluation method pare strip ming with moving villages mining which often used ming under villages, and considers sy
