探析国家三农政策统筹农村发展
摘要:农业、农村和农民问题始终会是我国经济改革和发展过程中的大问题。当前农民收入增长停滞,城乡地区收入差距扩大,“三农”问题引起各方重视。农业科技与三农密不可分,农业科技供给与需求脱节,是造成我国农业科技成果转化率低的根本原因。推行农业科技产业化,让农业科技成果通过市场直接进入农业生产和农业经济,是从根本上解决转化不畅问题的现实选择。党的十六大就提出了统筹城乡经济社会发展的主导思想,党中央、国务院已经把“三农”问题列为工作的重中之重,这无疑是正确的、必须的。

Abstract: and farmers problem is always the big problem in the process of Chinese economic reform and development. The farmers’ e growth,regional e gap between urban and rural areas , agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems to the attention of the parties. Agricultural science and technology is closely connected with agriculture, rural areas and farmers ,agricultural science and technology between supply and demand,is the root cause of China’s ag
