摘要:砖砌体大多用于建筑物中承受垂直载荷的部分,砖墙作为一种砖砌体广泛用于
目前的建筑行业中,尤其是在民用建筑中。砌体结构就有就地取材、造价低廉、耐久性、
耐火性、保温隔热性能好以及施工简便,易于普及的优点。在不同的建筑结构中砖墙可
以单独作承重构件也可以和混凝土的柱和梁共同构成承重构件。在长期的自然环境和使
用环境的作用下,随着使用年限的增长,逐渐损坏,或是由于施工水平低,工程质量差,
都会导致房屋的安全性和可靠性降低甚至失效。因而研究针对砖墙的鉴定是尤为有益
的。
一般来说砖砌体构件是用砖块和水泥砂浆砌筑而成,由于施工质量差异较大,材料
强度相对较低地、基不均匀下沉、温度变化等原因,在其使用过程中容易出现开裂的现
象,检测时需要对砖墙的强度、裂缝等进行重点检查和测试。而在框架结构中砌体构件
作为填充墙与混凝土框架共同承重,因此也需要对混凝土柱与梁的强度进行检测。
本文主要针对的是建筑物中的砖墙,通过对砖墙中构件的定量和定性分析来为砖墙
的可靠性作出鉴定,进而编写出一套针对砖墙承重结构的鉴定规范。

Abstract:Mostly used in masonry buildings to withstand a vertical load of parts, brick
masonry as a widely used currently in the construction industry, especially in civil
construction. Masonry structures have local materials, low cost, durability, fire resistance,
good thermal insulation properties and construction is simple, easy to popularize the
advantages. In a different building structures brick wall can be used alone as a load-bearing
components can also be concrete columns and beams together form the load-bearing member.
In the long-term effect of the natural environment and the use of the environment, with the
growth of useful life, gradually damage, or due to the low level of construction, poor quality,
and will lead to reduced housing safety and reliability even failure. Thus research on
