行为转变理论对糖尿病患者足部自护行为的影响

[摘要] 目的讨论行为转变理论对糖尿病患者足部自护行为的影响,并运用行为转变理论指导下的干预措施帮助患者建立良好的足部自护行为,达到促进患者健康的目标。方法本项目选取2014年7月至2015年3月洛阳市洛龙区中油一建医疗服务社区符合研究标准的糖尿病患者86例。将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组43例,对照组43例。对照组给予常规的糖尿病健康宣教,发健康教育手册,实验组应用行为转变理论进行干预,对两组效果进行对比。结果对两组糖尿病患者的足部知识掌握情况、足部自护自我效能、糖尿病足自护能力、足部自护行为、足部皮肤干燥皲裂、外伤以及甲沟炎情况进行对比, 差异都具有统计学意义(P<), 足癣发生率没有统计学意义(P>)。实验组干预效果明显优越于对照组,两组差异比较具有统计学意义。结论应用行为转变理论指导下的干预手法,促进糖尿病患者建立了良好的足部自护行为,提高患者足部皮肤的状况,延缓和预防糖尿病足并发症,改善糖尿病患者的生活质量和对糖尿病足的理解和预防具有深远的意义。

Abstract: Objective Discussthe the transtheoretical model of behavior in patients with diabetes foot from the influence of nursing behavior, and use under the guidance of the transtheoretical model of behavior change interventions to help patients establish good foot the protection act, to achieve the goal of promoting patients health. Methods This study selected from 2014 July to 2015 March in Luoyang los dragon district CPC built munity health service diagnosed with diabetic patients in 86 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 43 cases in the experimental group,the control group of 43 health education manual to the control group and give health education handbook, experimental group by usin
