摘要
本设计包括三部分:一般部分,专题部分和翻译部分。
一般部分为平煤集团十矿180万吨新井设计,共分十章:矿井概述及井田地质特征,井田境界和储量,矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限,井田开拓,准备方式—采区巷道布置,采煤方法,井下运输,矿井提升,矿井通风及矿井基本技术经济指标。
平煤集团十矿井田位于平顶山煤田东部,平顶山市东北部,距市区中心约6 km,行政区划平顶山市卫东区。区内地势较为坎坷,,。。井田可采煤层自上而下为戊10和己15。,,戊10与己15煤层相距70米。煤层倾角平均为13度。井田可采储量为18710万吨,新井设计生产能力为180万吨/年,。
平煤集团十矿矿井工作制度为“三八”制,两工作面保产。开拓方式为立井二水平开拓,水平标高分别为-350、-600。矿井主井采用箕斗提煤,副井采用罐笼作为辅助提升。工作面采用走向长壁采煤法,工作面长215米,采煤工艺为综采开采。矿井运煤在大巷中采用3 T矿车运输,。矿井采用对角式通风,主扇工作方式为抽出式。
专题部分对祁南矿349综采工作面***综合防治技术研究进行了探讨,并列举了***综合防治实际应用情况。
翻译部分对综放沿空留巷技术及其在潞安矿区的应用进行了讲述,并对其取得的成果进行了简要的介绍。
