随着工业化和城镇化的发展,农民工的人数不断增加,这些流动人口的增加不仅反映在规模上的变化,其在结构上也发生了很大的变化,由原来的只身出外打工, 逐渐转变为夫妻共同出外打工,甚至携子女在城镇一边打工一边生活。这种“举家迁徙"式的流动使得流动人口中的儿童少年的数量越来越多。流动儿童已经成为一个特殊的群体,据统计,我国目前约有2000万的流动儿童,武汉市的学龄流动儿童约有16万,他们的健康成长关系到社会的发展和祖国的未来。作为祖国未来的希望,这些数以百万计的流动花朵跟随父母踏进梦想的城市来追求属于自己心中那份梦想和童话般的生活。然而,他们心中理想的文明城市不但没有给他们带来所期望的生活,反而使他们无论从个人到家庭的发展还是从心理到身体的健康成长都遭受前所未有的危机。伴随着其父母在城市经济上的低收入、政治上的低影响力、生活上的高忙碌性,这些流动的花朵在家里无人照料、在学校难以融入、在生活上身单影只、在心理上孤独无助。本文针对流动儿童所面临的问题,在社会工作专业理论的指导下,分析了流动儿童的需求。此策划书,以武汉市江汉区春苗小学及其学生为活动对象,基于他们的问题和需求开展了激发潜能、亲子活动、社交达人、适应新环境和自信成长等五个活动,并对活动作了详细完备的评估,以期对流动儿童问题的解决有所裨益,对流动儿童的社会工作实务的进一步发展有所助益。
