摘要
本文综述了有机试剂分析性能研究的概况,较全面地总结了到目前为止三
氮烯类显色剂的品种及应用情况。
首次报道了两种新显色剂对偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮硝基苯(),2-苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮硝基苯(hiazoldiazoaminoazonitrobenzene简称BTDAAN)的合成
方法和试剂的理化性质。探讨了共轭体系、取代基对有机试剂选择性和灵敏度
的影响。

本文详细研究了ADAAN作为高灵敏度显色试剂的分析应用。在pHl0~ Na2B。O,介质中,,ADAAN与Ni2+形成紫红色稳定络合物, 其最大I吸收波K为583nm,×105 L-mol—cm一,Ni”量在0~
8p_g/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。在pH ~ 存在下,ADAAN与cd2+形成紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为566nm,×105L·mol-~,Cd2+量在0~16/ag/25ml范围内遵守比耳定律。
本文还根据实验结果,利_}_}】相关理论对实验结果进行了解释,并由此简单推导了共轭体系(特别是苯环)、取代基对试剂灵敏度、选择性的影响以及如何有效的增大共轭体系和更好的引入取代基以改善试剂的性能。

Abstract
In this thesis,the study on analytical functions anic reagents was —date kinds and application of triazene group chromogenic reagents were summed was reported that synthesis and characteristics of two
new ehromogenic reagents:
p-azobenzenediazoaminoazonitrobenzene(ADAAN) and hiazoldiazoaminoazonitrobenzene(BTDAAN).The effect of conjugate system and substituted groups on the selectivity and sensitivity of plexes was investigated.
It was tested that the color development properties between chromogenic reagents ADAAN,BTDAAN with metal ions in the presence of non—ionic surfactant. It was found that ADAAN only formed plexes with Cd“、Ni2+;BTDAAN
only formed plexes with Pd”、Cd”、Zn气Cu”.
In this paper,the spectrophotometric application of ADAAN was investigated in the presence ofTween一80 and Na28407 at the range ofptl 10~,ADAAN formed a stable dark red—plex with Ni”.plex absorption maxium was absorptivity was ×1 OSL·mol~.cm~at ’S law was obeyed in the range of 0-899/25ml for Ni”.In the presence of Tween一80 and NaaB407 at the range ofpH -10
