摘要:基于低温物流过程中的能量平衡分析,提出了农超对接冷链模式组合。分析结果表明,
运输时间如果小于 2 个小时,预冷后的果蔬可以采用保温运输;运输时间如果在 2 个小时与
4 个小时之间,预冷后的果蔬可以采用蓄冷运输;如果运输时间在 4 个小时以后,预冷后的
果蔬应采用机械制冷运输。对于没有采用预冷的果蔬,则应采用机械制冷运输。

Discussion of the cold logistical model in farm-market based on the
ability of cooling load

Abstract: Based the analysis of energy balance during the cold logistic, the cold logistical models
in farm-market were provided. The analyzed results show that the precooled fruit and vegetables
can be transported by the insulated car if the time during the transportation was less than 2 hours;
if the time during the transportation was between 2 and 4 hours, the precooled fruit and vegetables
can be transported by the car with ice-storage; if the time during the transportation was over 6
hours, the precooled fruit and vegetables can be transported by the car with mechanical
refrigeration. As for the unprecooled fruit and vegetables, they were suggested to be transported
by the car with mechanical refrigeration.
