摘要在热泵机组制热运行过程中,通过加热器增加一定热量到吸气管路上,可以非常明显的延缓机组
的结霜,增加热泵机组的除霜间隔时间。文中设计了几种不同形式的加热方式并对其进行了实验研究:1、
将气液分离器浸入装有导热油的可加热容器内,2、在气分之前增加换热盘管,换热盘管浸入装有导热油
的可加热容器内,3、吸气管路内置电加热器。通过测试发现机组的化霜间隔时间可以延长达 128%;制热
量较无加热器的机组有较大提高,同时在结霜过程中的热量衰减明显减小,相同工况下相对于无吸气加热
的系统,吸气压力以及蒸发温度均有所提高,对于低温制热工况应用优势明显。

STUDY ON THE FROSTING AND DEFROSTING PERFORMANCE OF HEAT
PUMP AFFECTED BY HEATER IN SUCTION LINE

Abstract During the heating operation of the heat pump, some heat was added to the suction line by the heater.
It significantly increased the interval of defrosting time. Several types of heating have been designed and its
performance was also experimented and studied. There were three types as follows: first, the gas-liquid separator
was immersed in a heating available container with heat conduction oil. Second, a coil heat exchanger was added
before the gas-liquid separator. And the coil heat exchanger was immersed in a heating available container with
heat conduction oil. Third, an electric heater was built in the suction line. The test results showed the interval of
defrosting time could prolong to 128%. Compared with no heater sample, the heating capacity was obviously
improved. At the same time,
