摘要工业污水的直接排放,不仅造成环境的热污染,而且造成能量的极大浪费。针对印染行业对热水、
热蒸汽需求量大的现状,本文将热泵技术应用于印染污水的废热回收,实现将低品位的低温热能转化为高
温热水,供印染过程再利用。为有效提高热水温度,采用特殊功能型流体工质,同时,对压缩机、蒸发器
以及冷凝器的结构和运行过程进行改良,并编制了与其性质相匹配的控制程序。实际运行结果表明:本高
温热泵机组可稳定运行,且出口水温达到 90℃以上。本热泵系统在印染行业的使用将帮助印染企业节约
大量热水、蒸汽,帮助企业实现节能减排目标。

Abstract The direct discharge of industrial waste water results in thermal pollution of the environment,
meanwhile, it also leads to serious energy dissipation. Considering the substantial demand for high-temperature
