中俄贸易的影响冈素研究
摘 要
20世纪90年代以来,伴随着经济全球化的大趋势,区域经济一体化也在快速发展,各国之间的经济联系日益紧密。俄罗斯联邦是地跨欧亚大陆、领土面积居世界第一的大国,目前中俄是战略协作伙伴,也互为重要的贸易伙伴。中俄两国的经贸关系在经历了一段波折后,近年的发展是稳步增长的,但双边贸易额距两国领导人确定的 200亿美元的目标还有很大差距。中俄两国作为相邻大国,不论在双边关系还是在地区合作以及国际舞台上都有着密切的协作,并且已经建立起比较稳固和彼此信任的战略协作伙伴关系,这标志着中俄两国的政治关系已经达到了相当高的境界。但是,就目前来看,由于受诸多因素的影响,中俄两国的双边贸易规模并不是很大,可以说中俄两国的贸易合作远远落后于政治合作。因此,在当前中俄经济加速发展的新形势下, 双方有必要携手来推动两。两国加强经贸领域的合作,对促进中俄两国的经济发展,推动东北亚地区经济协作,以适应经济全球化这一发展总趋势,具有重要的现实意义。鉴于此,本文研究的目的就在于通过分析影响中俄贸易的因素和制定促进中俄贸易发展的对策,为加强中俄两国的贸易合作、改变中俄两国贸易量比较小的现状提供建议和支撑,以促使两国贸易沿着健康、稳定、有序、快速的轨道发展。
本文在总结国内外有关研究成果的基础上,综合运用多学科的知识,把中俄贸易作为论文研究的主要对象;以传统和当代的国际贸易理论作为分析的理论基础;把中俄贸易发展现状以及存在的问题作为论文的逻辑起点;以影响中俄贸易的因素分析和发展中俄贸易的对策研究作为论文研究的重要内容,并对中俄贸易前景进行了展望。
