【摘要】介绍了世界特殊钢的供需状况和发达国家特殊钢发展的特点和经验, 叙述了
国外特钢企业近半个世纪以来结构调整的成效, 以及世界特殊钢竞争的趋势; 同时介绍了国
内特钢的发展概况, 提出了中国特钢发展的前景思考和宝钢特钢的可持续发展之路。

【Abstract】 Many aspects such as the supply and demand status of special steel in the world ,
the characteristics and experience of special steel production in the developed countries , the effect of
organization adjusting and petitive trend among special steel markets in the world were introduced.
The experience and future of special steel development in China were described , and the prospects of
special steel in China and a sustainable development route for special steel production in Baosteel were
suggested.

1 国外特殊钢发展态势工业发达国家的特殊钢企业主要发展附加值
1 1 世界特殊钢供需现状比较高的特钢精品, 如日本的特钢企业高端产品
1 1 1 世界特殊钢生产量约占 25 %、中端产品占 51 %、低端产品占 24 %。
全球特殊钢生产量近年占钢总产量的比重基而我国特钢生产中高端产品仅占 6 2 % , 中端产
