摘 要
本文运川植物形态学、解剖学、细胞生物学、生物化学技术,、南柴胡和二
岛柴胡进行nE较研究。结果如下:
,无刷状残余纤维;南柴胡主根质疏松而脆,柏残余纤维,呈毛刷状:三岛柴胡根基枯纤维少。,残基物为紫红色;南柴胡举单一或2—3丛生,茎基部有棕色或红色纤维状11||柄,残基物为绿色;三岛柴胡茎单一或数多,基部为紫黄色。北柴削基生叶柄均为紫红色,茎生11I为氏圆状披针形; 南柴胡茎生nl‘及茎下部叶有长柄,条形或狭条形,为绿色:三岛柴l!i}j茎生叶及下部叶有叶柄,为紫红色,叶片呈黄绿色。
、南柴胡和三岛柴胡根的初生结构和次生结构基本相同。
,每种柴胡的维管束与油室数目相等,北柴胡为16个,南胡多为28~31个,少为16个。
,北柴削在上表皮之下有栅栏组织, 而南柴胡在上、下表皮以内均为栅栏组织。北柴胡主脉维管束的F方与F表皮之间有厚角组织,上方与上表皮之间为薄壁细胞,使北柴胡叶脉仅在叶背面具有显著突起。而南柴胡在主脉维管束上、下方均有厚角组织,上方厚角组织较下方少,而南柴胡的叶脉在叶片的背腹两面均有突起,只是背面突起较腹面大。

Abstract
The research WOrk centered on parison of , and Sandao-Chaihu by the methods of morphological and anatomical characteristics,biology of cell and biochemistry,the results are:
’S taproot iS shorter and thicker without aspergilliform residual fiber;The South-Chaihu’S taproot is looser and crisper with remained fiber and aspergilliform residual -Chaihu’S root has little dried —Chaihu’S stem tufts or grows single, there isn’t any fabric leafstalk,and the remnant is purple —ChaihulS stem is single or tufts with is brow or red fabric leafstalk and the remnant iS green.
Sandao—Chaihu’S stem is single or base is purple ·Chaihu’s basic leafstalks are all purple red,leaves grown on the stems are long round pin— is long stem in and under stem leaves in the shape iS long and narrow,the color is Sandao—Chaihu has stem handle in and under the stem leaves,it is purple red,the leaves is yellow green.
