中医药治疗中风研究现状

摘要:中风为临床常见危急重症,严重威胁人类生命健康。中医学关于中风的记载和论述始于《黄帝内经》,以后
各个时期均有发展和补充。病因学说主要有“外风”和“内风”两端,致病因素有风、火、痰、瘀、虚等方面,与心、肝、肾三
脏阴阳失调密切相关,根据病情轻重可分为中经络与中脏腑。近年来病因学说在“内风”为主的基础上,“外风”理论亦
取得实验支持;治疗针对“痰”、“瘀”主要致病因素,根据兼见症状兼顾风、火、虚;脏腑辨证分别从肝、从脾胃、从肺论治;
针灸以及综合疗法的研究亦取得了良好的临床效果。
