摘要
信息技术高速发展的今天,网络媒介逐渐深入人们的生活,为人们提供了一个更加快捷方便的信息交流平台,并由此发展出一种新的舆论形式——网络舆论。越来越多的民众通过网络了解社会发展动向,参与社会问题讨论,发表个人言论,这已成为广大网民的重要的生活内容,也成为一种新兴生活方式。这一日渐兴起的社会现象近年来引起许多研究者的关注,网络舆论的形成有其自身轨迹可循,而且它的发展也带来了一系列的社会问题。鉴于此,结合社会学分析思路探讨网络舆论这一问题势在必行。
本课题首先介绍近年来网络舆论的发展概况,比较完整概括出网络舆论的定义。网络舆论的特征有三个,即主体多元性、客体丰富性和平台多样性。通过探究可以发现,网络舆论具有以下三大社会功能:传播功能、监督功能和导向功能。如何正确引导网络舆论,总结出相关的应对措施,关系到能否有效发挥网络舆论的导向作用。本次研究将结合近年来发生的重大时事,着力研究网络舆论及其最新发展,尽可能用暂新的、客观的视角和详尽的资料予以阐述说明。

ABSTRACT
With the fast development of information technology, has e deep into people’s offers people a faster and more convenient medium to promote munication,and thus develop a new form of public work Opinion. More and more people see the development trend of society, take part in the discuss of social problem and express personal issues by .That's just a new life style which also make up the main content izens' recent years,this growing society phenomenon has made concern of researchers and a series of of the above reason,it is specially necessary to work Opinion with the view of Sociology.
This thesis firstly introduce development condition work Opinion,then entirely state its feature work Opinion has three points as follow:subject pluralism,object richness,platform the function work Opinion has also three points as munication,supervision, give play to the affect work Opinion guidance depend on how to work research will work Opinion
and its up-to-date development,using the the example of current events at home and abroad. It will probably illustrate all aspects work Opinion,with objective view and means at large.
