本文基于商业地产的相关理论结合我国近几年来的政策和国情等实际情况,以xxxxxxxx购物广场为例,通过问卷和作者的实习经历,对商业地产的运营管理展开调查。根据调查问卷所得数据的深入分析和作者日常管理的观察,归纳出对商业地产如何经营与管理,以及商业地产的未来发展前景如何,并据此提出相应建议。

Abstract:In recent years, the concept mercial real estate gradually entering China real estate one's horizons. As a series of shopping mall foreign development concept of big MAC type plexes appear, China'mercial real estate market is ushered in the new development opportunities. However, because mercial real estate risk and difficulty bigger, and related knowledge and the absence of experience, a lot mercial real estate projects investment development and later business operation management apart seriously. Showering within one's grasp, one will be hard to get, talent shortages and financing difficulties has e the bottleneck of mercial real estate development.
Based on the related theories mercial real bined with China in recent years of policies and conditions such as actual situation in xxxx fashion shopping plaza lai dean as an example, through the questionnaire and the author's internship mercial real estate, the operation and management of the investigation. According to investigation questionnaire data analysis and daily management of observation, the author sums up how mercial real estate business and management, mercial real estate's future development foreground how, and then put forward the corresponding proposal.
