城市低碳经济建设项目融资研究结论及参考文献
摘要
低碳城市发展项目融资的作用主要表现在低碳经济发展和促进社会可持续发展两大方面,体现出融资在低碳经济建设中所起的积极的改进性作用。城市发展项目生产活动中低碳融资的采用是一个有着严密的但是广阔的系统工程。
要让社会环境得到很好的保护,减少碳排放就必须进行有效的低碳城市发展项目及低碳经济融资,使城市变得更加宜居、更加高效、更具有竞争力、最终能够更加可持续地发展。
本文基于城市低碳经济发展项目对于推进城市可持续发展的科学性,着重研究城市低碳发展项目的融资方式。本文的研究指导理论为低碳城市发展项目金融理论。笔者在理论的假设中,以国内外成功低碳城市发展项目的融资来论证低碳城市发展项目融资的必要性。最后,根据前面的假设以及实证对低碳城市发展项目的融资方式进行讨论并对处于城市低碳发展项目的融资方式给出建议。本课题采用理论分析法和实证分析法来进行研究。在本文中,首先对低碳城市发展项目融资情况进行概述,接下来理论结合实际分析低碳城市发展项目融资概况,再接着提出低碳城市发展项目融资过程中出现的问题,最后根据出现的问题提出对策和建议。

Abstract
Loent financing mainly makes contribution to the loy development and promoting social sustainable development, provement function in the development of loy. Loent production activities is asystematic and prehensive ent and reduce the carbonemission, it is necessary to sustainably finance loent constructionprojects, ore fortable, efficient, petitiveand sustainable developed.
This study is based on the economic development projects in loent. Based on the adopted theory, theauthor makes references to the domestic and foreign essful cases of loodels for China to develop loodel analysis are adopted inthe research. The structure of this paper is that the overvieendations.
