侧面加热时一侧全开的圆柱形腔体内耦合热损失的数值模拟

摘要:在考虑空气物性变化的基础上,采用RNG k-ε紊流模型对一侧全开的圆柱形腔体在仅侧面受到均匀热流的边界条件下的自然对流、热辐射以及保温层导热的耦合热损失进行三维数值模拟,并与相关实验进行比较,吻合较好。分析了腔体倾角φ、热流密度q、腔体内表面的发射率ε、深径比Ar对腔体内耦合热损失的影响,得到了对流热损失努塞尔特数Nuc和辐射热损失努塞尔特数Nur的传热关联式。结果表明:φ、q、ε和Ar对Nuc、Nur以及底面与侧面平均温差的影响呈现出复杂的规律,热辐射对腔体内的自然对流的增强或抑制作用取决于腔体的倾角φ。

Numerical investigation bined heat losses in a fully open cylindrical cavity with only side wall heated by constant heat flux

Abstract: By adopting renormalization group (RNG) k-ε turbulent model, a 3D numerical simulation which is based on considering the variable properties of fluid is carried out to investigate bined conduction through the insulation layer, natural convection and surface thermal radiation heat losses in a fully open cylindrical cavity with only side wall heated by constant heat flux. The present numerical study is validated by the related experiment in reasonable agreement. The influence of tilted angle of the cavity φ, wall heat flux q, emissivity of the inner wall surface ε and aspect ration Ar on bined heat losses characteristics of the cylindrical cavity have been analyzed.
