摘要:为保障雷达的正常运行,确保国家投资几十亿的项目,能够在雷达生命周期二十年的时间内取得预
期的效益。我们研发了新一代天气雷达测试与故障诊断系统,该系统主要包括硬件测试平台的建立和软件
控制应用程序的开发 2 个方面。对于前者要求建立一套完整的性能指标测试平台,对于后者要求开发出功
能完备测试程序,能够准确快速的控制仪器、仪表和测试设备,并实现测试数据的快速分析处理、存储和
显示。最后,通过实际雷达测试探讨本系统的可用性和可靠性。

Design of CINRAD Test and Fault Diagnosis System Based

Abstract: How to safeguard the normal operation of radars and ensure that these projects which
cost billions of state investment could achieve expected benefits within the twenty years of the life
cycle of of test and fault diagnosis system includes hardware test platform
establishment and software development. The former requires the establishment of plete
performance test platform, the latter requires the development of a fully functional test procedures,
it can quickly and accurately control instruments, meters and test equipment, and achieve the rapid
analysis of test data processing, storage and display. At last, through real tests, the reliability,
availability and operability of the system is discussed.
