摘要:对R134a在卧式螺旋管内过冷沸腾的起始点进行了实验研究。在质量流速为324~424kgm-2s-1,~-2,~℃,~。,螺旋直径300mm,节距45mm,。分析了质量流速、入口过冷度、热流密度、系统压力对过冷沸腾起始点的影响。

An experimental investigation of onset of nucleate boiling in horizontal helical coils

Abstract:This paper presents an experimental investigation on onset of nucleate boiling of R134a in helical coils. The experiments were carried out in the following range of operational parameters: mass flux G from 324 to 424 kgm-2s-1; heat flux q from kwm-2; entrance subcooled Tsub from to ℃;and pressure p from to MPa. The tube inner and the coil diameters were and 300mm, respectively. The pitch of helical coil was 45mm and the heating length was effects of mass flux, heat flux,entrance subcooled,and pressure on the onset of the nucleate boiling are analyzed.
