新型蚀刻金属薄片式回热器交变流动特性研究

摘要:回热器是低温制冷机的关键部件,其交变流动特性对制冷机性能有重要影响。本文设计了一种新型蚀刻金属薄片式回热器,并建立了回热器的交变流动测试实验台。实验测试了新型蚀刻金属薄片式回热器和400目层叠丝网回热器在不同雷诺数下的基于最大流速的交变流阻系数fmax。通过实验数据分别拟合了两种结构回热器的交变流阻系数fmax与雷诺数之间的关系式。通过对两者关系式的比较发现:雷诺数较小时,两种回热器流阻系数差别不大,且交变流阻系数都随着雷诺数的增大时而减小至某一稳定值,但是在较大雷诺数的情况下,新型蚀刻金属薄片式回热器的交变流阻系数要明显小于层叠丝网回热器。

Oscillating Flow Characteristic Study on Novel Etched Foil Regenerator

Abstract: A regenerator is a key part of regenerative cryocoolers, and its characteristic of oscillating flow gives predominant contribution to the performance of cryocoolers. A new pattern of etched foil regenerator was designed and a test bench of oscillating flow was set up. Oscillating flow resistance characteristic of novel etched foil regenerator was studied in the paper. Based on the cross-sectional max velocity, the oscillating flow friction factors of novel etched foil regenerator were obtained at different Reynolds numbers.
