摘要目的: 将培训所得体会及对临床药师的认识叙述成文,与同行进行交流。方法: 对抗感染药物专业培训工作进行总结与分析。结果: 加强学习与实践,提高综合素质,可使药师成为适应临床需要的合格临床药师。结论: 要想成为一名合格的抗感染药物专业的临床药师应当加强学习,补充临床医学知识,精通抗感染常用药物的作用机理、药效学、药代动力学、适应症、常用剂量和给药方法、不良反应、禁忌症及药物相互作用等。

Experience of Clinical Pharmacists Training of Anti-infective Drugs

[Abstract] Objective: Write a essay for experience and knowledge from the trainning of clinical pharmacists, municate with colleague in this profession. Methods: make a summary and analysis for training work of anti-infective drugs. Results:Through enhance learning and practice, improve prehensive quality, a pharmacist can meet the needs of a qualified clinical pharmacists adapted to clinic. Conclusion:To e a qualified clinical pharmacist ,you should enhance learning, learn clinical knowledge, proficient in mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics, ics, indications, common dasage and administration, adverse reactions, contraindications and drug interaction, etc.

2011年3月1日起开始施行的《医疗机构药事管理规定》明确指出,临床药师是以系统药学专业知识为基础,并具有一定医学和相关专业基础知识与技能,直接参与临床用药,促进药物合理应用和保护患者用药安全的药学专业技术人员。但临床药学工作开展缓慢,仅限于大城市的三甲医院,临床药师相关规章制度均未完善,处于起步阶段,工作开展的重心多在血药浓度监测、药物临床研究以及药物不良反应报告方面,真正深人临床,直接面对患者参与用药的很少。鉴于此情况,为推动临床药学工作快速发展
