摘要
随着中小型企业的不断发展,在企业内部实现局域网通信是必不可少的,于是,类似于QQ的局域网聊天工具得到了飞速发展,而BQ聊天系统就是一款非常好的局域网通信软件。,直接在局域网内实现信息的发送,可以在职工不移动位置的情况下进行在线聊天、图片发送、文件传递。它主要适用于一些中、小型企业的内部通信,可以大大提高职工的工作效率,是现代企业不可缺少的辅助工具。这样,可以大大提高企业员工的工作效率,便于企业内部员工的交流。
本设计采用Visual ,以SQL Server2000作为后台数据库开发平台,系统采用模块化程序设计方法,既便于系统功能的各种组合和修改,又便于未参与开发的技术人员补充、维护,并要求界面简洁美观,操作简单方便,可以在局域网中实现文字和文件的传输,具有运行速度快、稳定、安全可靠、效率高、界面友好、可操作性强等优点,其中还涉及很多编程技巧。

Abstract
With the development of small and medium-size enterprises rapidly, it is indispensable to realize munication in the internal enterprise. So, similar to QQ LAN chatting tools have obtained the fast development, while BQ chatting system is a very good munication software. It needn’t connect to the , and realize information sending in the local work directly .It can work, not moiling location under the condition of online chatting, pictures sending, files transferring. It is mainly applied to some small and medium enterprise munication, and can greatly improve workers productivity, so it is the necessary auxiliary tool for modern enterprise .Like this, it can greatly improve employee's work efficiency, and facilitate to exchange among enterprise interior staffs.
This design uses the as a receptionist development tool, and SQLServer2000 as a backend database development platform. Moreover, this system adopt modularization program design method , it can convenient for system function of all kinds bination and modification, and again facilitate to not participate in the development of the technical personnel’s supplement and maintenance .It request the interface is simple and beautiful, simple operation , and it also can realize characters and files transferring in LAN .So, with fast operation, safe and reliable, high efficiency, friendly interface, the maneuverability is strong , it also involves many programming skills .
