当日可取; 快洗服务; 次日服务;快烫服务; 24小时洗衣服务;
same-day service (collected by 11:00; returned on the same day)
express service (collected all day and returned within 4 hours; with 50% extra-charge)
Next day service (Collected after 11:00, delivered before 19:00 next day)
Express pressing service (collected all day and returned within 1 hour)
24-hour laundry service

Special requirements for laundry:
1. I want my coat dry-cleaned.
2. I’d like this sweater washed by hand in cold water.
3. Please use soft soap.
4. Please wash by itself.
5. Please don’t use bleach.

My silk dress is not color fast. Will it run in the wash?
I’d like my silk shirt to be hand-washed. Please use cold water. It might shrink.
Complaints and Solutions
1. My laundry isn’t returned for 3 days. Why?
2. The laundry delivered isn’t mine.
3. The sweater has shrunk.
4. The skirt has ruined.
5. I still have one shirt missing.
6. The stain on my coat hasn’t been removed yet.
Q1. My laundry isn’t returned for 3 days. Why?
A1. many hotels boast of same-day service now. However, during peak seasons laundry is not returned for 3 or 4 days. So, as a chambermaid, if you know there is going to be a delay, you should tell the guest before hand.
2. The laundry delivered isn’t mine.
A2: contact the laundry department, check the laundry lists, and go to look for it at once.
3. The sweater has shrunk.
A3: Hotels are usually not responsible for shrinkage.
4. The skirt has ruined. 5. I still have one shirt missing.
In case of loss and damage, the hotel will be responsible for a sum not exceeding ten times the value of work rendered.
For example, if a shirt is missing, the laundry rate is 20RMB, pensation will be no more than 200.
