The area is located at North Central Java near Semarang city

The area is located at Central Java and adjacent to the Semarang city and several industries that require the supply of gas energy. Meanwhile, gas pipeline planned by the government will be constructed in 2016 which will be connecting East to West Java.
KSO Kendal area contain 11 Prospect area with Un-risked Recoverable Reserved (P50): 193 MMBO & 362 BCF and Risked Recoverable reserved (P50): 54 MMBO & 141 BCF
Economic evaluation at oil price 70 US$/bbl shows IRR = 21%, NPV ***@10% = US$ MM, POT = years, while at oil price 50 US$/bbl shows IRR = %, NPV ***@10% = US$ 34 MM, POT = years
There are several hydrocarbon occurrences from oil shows well of Klantung-1 and several old Dutch oil well in Cipluk in the South of Kendal Area. Also two discovery gas well in the adjacent Kendal area (NCJA-1 with MMSCFPD and NCJB-1 well with 9 MMSCFPD).

Gas pipe line open-access Semarang-Gresik 267 km is developed by Pertamina Gas since September 2014 until Early 2016 (18 months), target on stream first quarter 2016. Source of gas: Kangean, Husky Madura, Cepu
Gas pipe line Cirebon-Semarang will developed by PGN in the following year.
