[摘要] 目的应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立天然维生素E软胶囊的含量测定方法。方法采用Alltima C18色谱柱(150 mm × mm,5 μm),以甲醇为流动相, mL/min,检测波长285 nm。结果在本方法中,维生素E的线性关系良好,;专属性强,精密度和稳定性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)%%;平均加样回收率(n = 6)%,加样回收率良好。%、%、%。结论该方法准确、简单、快速,可用于天然维生素E软胶囊的含量测定。

Determination of narural vitamin E in Natural Vitamin E Soft Capsules

[Abstract] Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of narural vitamin E in Natural Vitamin E Soft Capsules. Methods An Alltima C18 column (150 mm× mm, 5 μm) was used for the separation, with methanol as the mobile phase at the flow rate of mL/min. The detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results The method showed good linearity with correlation coefficient of for vitamin E. The assay method showed good specificity. The precision and stability were satisfactory with the relative standard deviations (RSD) of % and % respectively. The average spiked recovery was % (n = 6), the recovery rate was good. The determination results was %, % and % of the labeled amount of the three batches of samples respectively. Conclusion The established method is accurate, simple and fast, and can be used for determination of narural vitamin E in Natural Vitamin E Soft Capsules.

维生素E为微黄色至?S色澄清的黏稠液体,几乎无臭,遇光色渐变深,不溶于水,溶于无水乙醇、丙酮等有机溶剂,在空气中会缓慢氧化,紫外线照射可使其分解。维生素E分为合成型或天然型,合成型为dl-
α-生育酚醋酸酯,d-α-生育酚醋酸酯[1]。大量研究表明,维生素E具有抗氧化、调节机体免疫力、促进生育、抗衰老、细胞保护等生物学功能[2-5]。维生素E属于人体必需的植物源脂溶性维生素,机体不能合成,必须从膳食中获取。植物油中富含天然维生素E,是膳食维生素E的主要来源[6],同时维生素E也常被作为药品、营养保健品和食品添加剂使用。
