1,更换润滑油、油过滤器
2,更换1,2级刮油环
3,更换1,2级吸、排气阀
4,更换1,2级活塞环、支撑环
5,更换1,2级卸荷器膜片、顶杆密封环
6,检查或更换皮带
另外:每两年更换防冻液(LTC131)

Check safety
If leaks, call a certified body
If a valve flashes, call Atlas Copco Crépelle product support department.
It is formally forbidden to remove the lead seals from the valve and alter the setting.

1. Shut off power (isolate)
2. Close the manual valve after the final receiver.
Drain air in all stages.
Before opening, take care that all manometers are at O.
3. Drain water if necessary (see visit A)

Overhaul: Replace, packings, oil scrapers, piston rings, valves, membranes Change the oil and oil filter Clean cylinder water chambers .

Overhaul
The operation consists in :
1 extracting the piston rod and cylinder assembly
2 Replacing the piston rings and bearing rings
3 Replacing the packing rings
4 Replacing the wiper rings
5 Changing the valves (ES valves or new valves)
6 Changing the unloader membranes
