[摘要] 目的观察体外反搏联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的效果。方法将2015年3月~2016年9月解放军第三�三医院收治的58例AD患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各29例。对照组予以盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以体外反搏。比较两组治疗6个月后的临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组患者日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、AD评定量表认知部分次级量表(ADAS-cog)评分明显低于治疗前,简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P )。结论体外反搏联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗AD的效果优于单纯药物治疗,能有效改善患者的认知记忆功能和日常生活活动能力。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of external bined with Donepezil Hydrochloride in the treatment of Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods Fifty-eight patients with AD admitted to 303rd Hospital of People’s Liberation Army from March 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was given Donepezil Hydrochloride, on basis of control group, the observation group was given external counterpulsation. The clinical efficacy after treatment for 6 months and adverse reactions between the two groups pared.
