文档介绍:枞树型轮槽铣刀设计开发
摘要
本文针对650MW超超临界汽轮机低压转子超大型枞树形轮槽加工工艺进行系统研究。通过生产现场工艺分析、实验室切削试验和仿真研究,确定***的选刀和走刀方案;并通过分析轮槽部位的残余应力分布,确定***、力、温度和加工参数对残余应力的影响,并完成轮槽要求部位的残余应力建模仿真预测研究。该课题的研究工作对正确分析汽轮机转子复杂槽形残余应力的形成以及后续滚压设计研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。据此本文开展以下的研究工作
(1)汽轮机转子26NiCrMoV145材料切削加工性能研究
对26NiCrMoV145转子钢的材料组织相成分与性质、力学性能、
料加工表面质量进行研究,并通过分析加工过程中产生的力、温
等效原则,研究枞树型铣刀的受力和受热情况。
(2)整体式粉末冶金高速钢***的切削加工性能研究
通过采集整体粉末冶金高速钢成形***现场加工过程中的振动
应力分布,以及***的磨损情况,分析***的切削性能和对不同
定。
(3)镶片式硬质合金***的切削加工性能研究
通过采集镶片式硬质合金***现场加工过程中的各种信号和技
末冶金高速钢***切削性能进行比较,给出两种***加工性能

Abstract
Study on Surface Quality and Processing Technique for Machining the V-Groove of
Low-Pressure Rotor in the 1000MW Steam Turbine.
The 650MW steam turbine with Low-Pressure rotor,which is domestically produced,is an
important project of Shanghai pany this paper,the processing technique was deeply investigated in details for machining the ultra-large palm-type groove of low-pressure rotor in 1000MW supercritical steam the studies on the processing of production line,cutting experiments and simulation,the tool drafts were determined and the residual stresses on the surface of
grooves were also ,the influences of tool,cutting force,cutting heat and cutting parameters on the residual stress were discussed,and the modeling and simulation on the residual stress on the surface of surface of grooves was ,this work has an important significance intheory and application for investigating the formation of residual stress on plex surface ofsteam turbine rotor and the design of the eeding rolling ,these researches in thispaper are developed as following.
