[摘要] 目的研究自�M清热通络方加减治疗风热型周围性面瘫的效果。方法选择2015年8月~2017年1月就诊于河北省三河市医院及三河市中医院的风热型周围性面瘫患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组给予自拟清热通络方加减治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗,两组均治疗30 d。比较临床疗效、症状体征评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 中国论文网/6/view-
