中文摘要:
在新经济时代,人才的竞争日趋激烈,员工管理的一项重要任务就是通过丰富多彩的激励手段,实现激励体系的多维化发展,以满足员工随生活质量的提高而出现多种需求的需要,从而激发员工的工作热情和创造力。
本文介绍了激励的含义,主要从分析五种激励原则入手,论述了激励原则在人力资源管理中的应用以及管理者在运用激励手段时存在的误区。如:有的管理者认为激励就是奖励,相同的激励可以适用于任何人,或者是认为只要建立起激励制度就能达到激励效果。
文章通过对成功案例的分析,阐述了领导者在成就、物质、感情、环境、能力等激励手段中应该如何选择、运用。
可见,激励在人力资源管理中发挥着无可替代的重要作用,只有真正运用好激励原则,充分的调动员工的积极性和创造性,使员工全身心地投入到工作中,才能为企业的生存和发展做出贡献。

ABSTRACT:
In new economic time, talents' competition is ing fiercer. An important task of staff's management is to take multidimensional development of motivational system to realize by the rich and colorful encouragement means to meet staff's demand of all kinds of need with improvement of life quality and excite the staff's working enthusiasm and creativity.
This text has explained what is encouragement, start with analyzing five kinds of encouragement principles mainly, expound the fact enterprise mistaken idea that administrator exist while using the means of encouraging, for instance: Some administrators think that encouragement is rewarding, the same encouragement can be suitable for anyone, or think if only set up incentive system can reach encouraging impression.
So, through an analysis of essful case, expound a leader how to choose the means of encouragement, such as achievement, material, emotion, environment, ability, etc.
According to analysis of various fields, gives play to irreplaceable important function in manpower resources management. We must pay attention to the function of encourage. Arouses the creativity and enthusiasm of staff abundantly and to make a contribution to existence and development of enterprises.
